Receptionist - Level 1  Administrator 

Location: Alderman Cogan's Church of England Primary Academy 

Hours: 22 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,  Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm, Wednesday 8:30 - 3:30pm 

Salary: £25,614 - £26,427

Actual salary: £13,179 - £13,598

Contract: Fixed term until 31-08-2027

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.

About you

As a Receptionist Administrator in a school office you will,

·        Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems – full training will be provided

·        Have strong communication skills

·        Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone

·        Have the ability to manage your work load efficiently

·        Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils absences and report on this where necessary
