The
role:
Assistant Headteachers hold an important role in our school, providing leadership to an area to ensure that the highest possible standard of educational provision is achieved in an atmosphere of high expectations and respectful relationships.
The
person:
Heritage High School is seeking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Headteacher who sets high professional standards for themselves and others through their actions, has a clear vision and moral purpose, and who will work collaboratively with colleagues to further improve standards at the school, placing scholars at the centre of decisions.
The focus of the role will be on Attendance and Safeguarding and the successful candidate will be the designated safeguarding lead. Our ideal candidate will be a successful leader within the secondary education sector who can demonstrate experience and impact of delivering the sustained, positive impact of their teaching and leadership.
