The role: Finance Administration Assistant

Grade & Salary: Grade 3 £22,610 - £ 24,099 actual per annum  

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks (term time plus inset days) 

Contract Term: Permanent


The role:  

Heritage High School is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to join the support team. The Finance Administrator Assistant role will require you to demonstrate an excellent understanding of administrative processes to enable the team to provide an efficient and effective service. You will be working closely with the central finance function to support the smooth operation of finance within the school in line with our service level agreement. The successful candidate will join a dedicated, hardworking team committed to providing an outstanding service. 

 

The person:  

The ideal candidate for this role will be able enthusiastic and hard working. Previous experience of working in an education environment would be preferred. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, with a keen eye for detail.
