As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners’ educational, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to provide personalised support that enables every child to reach their full potential.
You will:
Support learners with their individual learning needs
Help deliver engaging and meaningful learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Build strong, trusting relationships with learners
Support communication, independence, and social development
Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and professionals
