About this Role

Working Hours - 37 per week, 52 weeks per year

Annual Leave - 27 days plus bank holidays 

The role of the Site Services Officer is to ensure the internal and external areas of the premises are clean, well maintained, and secure and that janitorial tasks are carried out with the  appropriate resources and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure a safe and high quality environment to support the educational needs and emotional welfare of the staff and pupils of the school.

Your core duties will include:

  • Site Security including key holding
  • Environmental Management
  • Site Maintenance

Candidates should be able to undertake a range of minor DIY and maintenance jobs, ensure the grounds and premises are kept clean and tidy, support internal cleaning teams, porterage, oversee works being carried out on site by external contractors.

As a part of our Site Services Team, you will be a happy, obliging character and be flexible and adaptable with your approach to the role. You must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
