Learning Mentor

Required for January 2026

37 hours per week - Term Time Only, plus 5 training days and an additional 10 days by agreement in the school holidays

Salary CBG9 – Points 23 to 27 – to be confirmed

Starting at £30,773 per annum £17.85 per hour (actual)

We are seeking to appoint inspirational Learning Mentor to take a lead role in the day-to-day coordination of the Thrive (SEND Base) Provision, ensuring it provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment for students with SEMH and SEND needs.
