Neatherd High School is seeking a Link Lead.  The Link (SEND Resource Base) is our dedicated room offering pupils support for a variety of reasons such as difficulty learning within a classroom, regulating their behaviour, emotional issues, or the need for support due to difficult personal circumstances.  Academic support is also given.  In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of The Link, undertaking the job description of a Teaching Assistant at NVQ 3 level to a higher level of expertise and experience.  You will also contribute to the development of strategies and policies and work with greater freedom and initiative.
