We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person
with high standards and an eye for detail to work across our schools. The
successful candidate will be responsible for keeping all assigned
sites safe, clean, tidy and well-maintained.
They must be able to manage their own workload and
also be a good communicator to liaise with other staff and contractors
professionally with regards to maintenance and improvement of the schools.
The hours allow for unlocking and locking and
general reactive maintenance of all the schools. There may be some flexibility
with the timings.
Experience of caretaking in a similar setting would
be advantageous although training will be provided. The successful candidate
will have good general handyman skills with experience and knowledge in health
and safety requirements in a working/educational environment. Own transport is essential as you will need
to travel between sites.
