We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and proactive School-Based Early Help Lead to work within our school community, supporting children and families at an early stage to prevent escalation of need.
Working
closely with school staff, families, and partner agencies, you will deliver
early help interventions that improve attendance, wellbeing, behaviour, and
outcomes for children and young people.
The role
is offered for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, term time plus
4 weeks to be spread across the school holidays i.e. 43 weeks per year. This is
a fixed term appointment, tied to funding received and will end on 31st
December 2027.
