About this Role

Required to start from 1^st September 2026, an enthusiastic, caring and reliable person to join our happy, supportive team at Madresfield C E Primary School. The role will involve working in our EYFS class or 1:1 with specific children with educational needs. The role will include some lunchtime duties. The successful candidate will need to have:

· Patience, a caring attitude and a desire to nurture children.

· The ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the children across the school.

· High expectations of all children both academically and socially.

· A belief in a rounded education, with all areas of the curriculum being valued.

· A desire to help children to find their unique talents.

· A desire to promote good outcomes for all children and support our Christian vision.

· A strong commitment to teamwork.

· Adaptability and flexibility.

· An understanding of positive behaviour management techniques.

The hours will be 8.45am – 3pm x 3 days per week and 8.45am – 12.15pm x 2 days per week.
