About this Role

Burford C of E Primary School are seeking a hardworking and professional individual to complete administrative tasks based within our Administration Team.

We are a nurturing school, set in Burford, a growing Shropshire village, separated from the Market town of Tenbury Wells (Worcestershire) by the River Teme, which acts as the county boundary.

We empower our staff and support them through our Christian foundations and values. You will be working alongside committed and dedicated colleagues.

As part of the Diocese of Hereford Multi Academy Trust, we work alongside other schools supporting and inspiring, both staff and children, allowing us to reach our full potential.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, demonstrate strong IT skills, and show excellent attention to detail. You will be joining a committed and supportive team dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service to all members of our school community.

The ideal candidate will be efficient, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in working within a primary school environment. You must be able to manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism, whilst working effectively as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive forward-thinking, inclusive Trust and school, who in return for your commitment and hard work, will support you to achieve your own career goals and aspirations.

The school and Trust can offer you:-

  •  The opportunity to work in a happy and vibrant school
  • ·         Well behaved, enthusiastic and motivated children
  • ·         A talented, dedicated and supportive team
  • ·         Employee Assistance Programme
  • ·         Rewards & Discounts including Cycle to Work.

Visits to the school are very much welcomed.

Please feel free to make an appointment to visit the school if you would like to, and ask any further questions you may have, by contacting our School Business Manager, Ms Piper, on 01584 810244 or email admin@burford.shropshire.sch.uk.

The Diocese of Hereford Multi Academy Trust and Governors are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff, and volunteers, to share the same commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and will follow a safer recruitment policy.
