Burford CofE Primary School are looking to appoint a committed, talented, specialised SEN Teaching Assistant to join our successful friendly team. 
We are a nurturing school, set in Burford, a growing Shropshire village, separated from the Market town of Tenbury Wells (Worcestershire) by the River Teme, which acts as the county boundary.

We are seeking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has specialist knowledge of strategies to support children on the SEN register
• Has a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
• Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
• Can work closely, communicating effectively, with an experienced and skilled SENDCo and classteachers and other staff
• Has the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative
• Is motivated , passionate and reflective about their work
• Has a commitment to professional development and the skills to engage positively with practitioners, parents/carers and families
