About the Role

As an Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, you will:
Lead on pastoral provision, behaviour and attitude across the school

Develop and implement strategies to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Work closely with staff, students, and parents to enhance attendance, punctuality, and student engagement

Champion a culture of respect, high expectations, and student leadership

Provide expert guidance and professional development to staff on behaviour management and pastoral care

 

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:
Is a passionate and experienced school leaver

Has a track record of improving student behaviour and engagement

Has strong leadership and communication skills, inspiring confidence in student, staff, and parents

✔Has experience working in a school with high expectactions for behaviour and pastoral care

✔ Is committed to supporting the academy’s values of Excellence, Equity, and Integrity.
