About this Role

We are looking to recruit a committed Full-Time  Key Stage1 Lead with ambition and confidence who wants to develop their skills in a forward thinking and progressive environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  •         Work in close collaboration with the Headteacher and SLT in whole school development
  •         Actively support the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promote high levels of achievement throughout
  •          Line manage staff within KS1, undertaking performance management.
  •          In partnership with the Headteacher and SLT, monitor the quality of teaching and children’s progress and attainment in KS1
  •         Ensure strategies are implemented so that pupils’ outcomes in KS1 are in-line or above national average
  •         Have the skills and knowledge to be able to accurately moderate outcomes in KS1
