About this Role

The Rowans AP Academy is seeking to appoint a highly effective Facilities Operative to join the Premises team, to start with immediate effect.

By joining our team, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of our school site.  You will need to manage a heavy workload and have a friendly and approachable disposition.  The role is hands-on and jobs will include meeting tradesmen, distributing deliveries, setting out rooms for exams and school events, DIY, clearing bins and litter.

This is a full time, permanent role, all year round, paid based on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £25,185 - £28,142).

The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
