About this Role

About this Role

St Margaret's CE Primary School, part of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our professional, friendly and hard working team.

We are a caring and friendly school, with a strong Christian Ethos. St. Margaret's is a truly special place; many of the children describe it as 'one big family'. Our mission statement 'The roots to grow and the wings to fly' is at the heart of everything we do - encouraging and supporting children in developing strong roots on which to build their lives.

We are very much part of the community of Stoke Golding and develop good links with the village by regular visits to St Margarets's church, as well as supporting ‘service week’ during which pupils develop their character by taking part in events where they 'give back' to the local community through fundraising events and community activities.

Our last Ofsted, in 2024,  identified the school as Good in all areas, commenting

“This is a happy and welcoming school. In accordance with the school’s mission statement, pupils are encouraged to develop ‘the roots to grow and the wings to fly’. Pupils feel comfortable to explore their ideas without fear of failure. One pupil described the school as ‘a safe, kind place to make mistakes’. Pupils are encouraged to be the best version of themselves. This underpins a culture of high expectations about what pupils can achieve. Most pupils achieve well”MID-DAY SUPERVISOR
