About this Role

John Wycliffe Primary School, part of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT), are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Inclusive  Learning Partner to work alongside a dedicated team in The Nest, our newest bespoke specialist small class provision established to meet the needs of children from in and around the Leicestershire area with communication and cognition learning difficulties. Focuing on children's individual individual EHCP outcomes, we are utilising therapeutic approaches to allow children to engage with activities and resources which facilitate their progression. A team with extensive specialist experience and training are lookong forward to welcoming 3 new members to join our friendly hard working team.

John Wycliffe Primary School is a community school at the heart of Lutterworth, a market town in rural Leicestershire. As the town is growing, so is our school. We are excited that we were chosen for £1 million in expansion investment and which enabled us to open our new Whittle Wing learning block to increase our overall pupil capacity but also to offer specialist provision small class support for KS1 pupils. Our school has a long tradition of nurture, placing the wellbeing of our children at the heart of school life. When it comes to teaching and learning, we have a very simple ethos: Be Brilliant!

About Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT):

The Trust was established in June 2017 and caters to children aged 4 to 11. These posts will be for  32.5 hours per week /Paid at Grade 6 / .9  (£ 13.47per hour)   / Permanent  / 39 weeks per year ( 38 weeks term time +  32.5 hours for Inset days and training week)
