Marshalls Park Academy is seeking to appoint a passionate and forward-thinking Assistant Headteacher. This is a key leadership role, with a whole-school focus on behaviour, ensuring that every pupil is supported to thrive in a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment.
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, determination and emotional intelligence and will support the whole-school team ethos in our aim of offering an outstanding educational experience for every child.
The Trust seeks applications from candidates who have:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
-National Professional Qualification (NPQ) or currently undertaking the qualification.
-Proven experience of improving student behaviour, attitudes and attendance in a secondary or senior school context.
-Deep understanding of safeguarding, and the wider pastoral needs of young people.
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
-Commitment to driving high expectations for all learners.

Having rapidly expanded, we now accept 240 spaces into our Year 7 cohort.
