About this Role

20 hours per week Monday to Friday 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm 

Term time + 1 week 

Salary: NJC 5 to 6 - £11,894.52 to £12,083.29 (Actual Salary) 

The successful candidate will be willing to undertake first aid; full training will be given.  

Be a productive team member.  Demonstrate a proven track record of data analysis, procedural implementation, report writing, excellent ICT skills. Organizational skills and accuracy.  

Have experience using Schools management systems although full training will be given.  Have experience working in a school environment.  

Have a professionalwarm, and caring approach to pupils and parents alike.  An excellent telephone manner and be able to cope with sometimes difficult conversations on the phone and in person. 

Responsible for the school post, taking outgoing post to the local post office daily if required..
