Lead Teacher of Science at Netherwood Academy

We are excited to offer a permanent TLR opportunity within the Science department at AAN.

This role is ideal for an ambitious classroom practitioner with a desire to achieve strong outcomes. We need someone who wants to become a beacon of excellent practice in a classroom environment, whilst possessing the muscularity of intellect and professional credibility to drive up standards in the classroom for all our scholars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of KS3 science curriculum resources
• Co-ordinating extra-curricular activities and events
• Supporting the development of teaching and learning practice across the department

Ideal Candidate:

• Ambitious classroom practitioner with a desire to achieve strong outcomes
• Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues
