Pomphlett Primary School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and
dedicated Pre-School Manager to lead our Pre-School provision and ensure
outstanding outcomes for all children.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Early Years professional
to take a leadership role within a supportive school community, working closely
with the EYFS Lead and Senior Leadership Team to deliver high-quality education
and care.
About the role
As Pre-School Manager, you will be responsible for leading and
developing the Pre-School provision, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and
stimulating environment where all children can thrive.
You will play a key role in planning, assessment, staff leadership, and
maintaining high standards across the setting, while embedding the school’s
ethos and values into everyday practice.
