FTE Salary Range:  L2 - L6: £53,369 -  £58,569 per annum

Contract Type: Full Time

About the role

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a passionate and inspirational school leader to join the leadership team at Morice Town Primary Academy and to be a leader within the trust. Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced senior leader to join our team from September 2026. 

About the successful candidate

You should be

  • Able to demonstrate your successful leadership in school improvement
  • Able to work positively in a wider team across both schools and to promote effective teamworking in others
  • Approachable and have effective communication skills
  • Experienced in monitoring the effectiveness of teaching and the outcomes for learning
  • Able to manage the performance of others, including having the skills to coach and mentor colleagues
  • Experienced in teaching across all year groups
  • An outstanding teacher with expert knowledge of primary curriculum
  • Committed to inclusion and raising standards for all learners and dedicated to promoting parental and community involvement
  • Able to improve teachers’ pedagogy through incremental coaching and higher quality CPD.

About the School

Morice Town Primary Academy is a popular and successful school within the local and wider area. The children are aged 4 - 11 years old and we have a single form entry. Our children feel safe, cared for and well looked after. We have a strong bond with our parents as well as the community as a whole.
