Wyvern Academy, part of Consilium Academies,
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reflection Manager to join our
pastoral and inclusion team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone
who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to
learning, improve behaviour, and achieve their full potential. Working closely
with students, families, teaching staff and external agencies, you will play a
key role in leading our internal inclusion provision and helping students
successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.

About the Role
As Reflection Manager, you will:
- Lead the Academy's internal reflection and inclusion provision.
- Support students experiencing behavioural, emotional or social
challenges.
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve behaviour, engagement and
wellbeing.
- Work closely with the SENDCO, Attendance Team, teachers and
external agencies to develop personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with students and families to promote
successful reintegration into lessons.
- Encourage students to reflect on their behaviour, develop
resilience and make positive choices.
- Help create a calm, purposeful learning environment where every
student can succeed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with young people, ideally within a school
or educational setting.
- Is confident supporting students with social, emotional and
behavioural needs.
- Can build positive relationships with students, parents and
colleagues.
- Has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Is resilient, patient and able to remain calm under pressure.
