We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team at Halcyon Way School. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils in a range of learning environments, based on their Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)
- Working with specialist equipment and technologies
- Promoting pupil wellbeing, dignity, and independence, including personal care and healthcare routines
- Supporting and leading positive behaviour management using the Team Teach approach
- Collaborating with teaching staff to prepare, deliver and support engaging learning activities
- Contributing to a warm, inclusive and values-driven school culture

- Experience working with or caring for children, ideally those with special educational needs
