About this Role

The Avenue School (rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted in October 2023) is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and is committed to championing the unique potential of every pupil. We strive for excellence in all that we do by providing the highest quality education, therapy, support, and provision for our pupils.

The Avenue School is a growing specialist school, expanding to reach a full capacity of 104 places to meet the needs of pupils with autism and complex needs. We have recently opened our brand-new, purpose-built site and will continue to expand over the next three years, eventually providing education for children from EYFS through to the age of 19.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated office team at The Avenue School. We are looking to appoint a Receptionist who will play a key role in warmly welcoming pupils, families, staff, and visitors to our school community. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth and effective running of the school office, including supporting the management of our Management Information Systems and providing administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, approachable, and committed individual who enjoys working in a busy, supportive environment and shares our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive school experience for all.

We can offer you:

  • A successful and welcoming community school in the heart of Brent.
  • A friendly and supportive parent community and wonderful pupils.
  • A modern, well-resourced, purpose-built school environment.

For further information on the role please view the Job Description and Person Specification.
