About Us

North Brent School opened in its brand-new multi-million pound site as part of the highly successful Wembley Multi-Academy Trust. As a growing school, this role offers genuine opportunities for development, innovation and leadership progression.

“Achievement for All” underpins everything we do. We believe that every child, regardless of background, deserves access to an exceptional education, delivered through high expectations, strong relationships and evidence-informed teaching.

Our pupils are ambitious, articulate and eager to learn. Staff benefit from a highly collaborative culture, exceptional professional development and the opportunity to contribute to a school that is building excellence from the ground up.

The Geography Department

Geography is a highly valued and popular subject at North Brent School. We are seeking a teacher who can make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the department and teach Geography across Key Stages 3, 4 and, as the school grows, Key Stage 5.

The department is committed to delivering a rich and academically ambitious curriculum that develops pupils’ understanding of the world around them and equips them with the analytical, environmental and communication skills needed to thrive in modern society.

Teachers work collaboratively to plan and refine lessons to ensure that curriculum resources and teaching materials are of the highest quality. The Humanities team is supportive, ambitious and deeply committed to ensuring that all pupils succeed.

There are excellent opportunities to contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, educational visits and cross-curricular initiatives.

Professional Development

Through the Trust’s Training School Hub, staff at all levels benefit from exceptional professional development, including fully funded, DfE-accredited NPQ programmes. All teachers receive a comprehensive and structured coaching and training programme tailored to their stage of career development.
