Resourced Provision Manager –
37 hours per week, Monday to
Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, term time only (38 weeks). Grade F Step 1 – Actual Annual Salary of £34,003.64).
(which is the equivalent of a full-time salary of £40,462).
As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two week half term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following this trial, should the Trust revert back to a one-week October half term break from 2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salary would increase accordingly.
Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just under 1,000 students on roll across Year 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. We will have a PAN of 1050 when full.

Deer Park School is seeking a dedicated Resourced Provision manager with suitable experience, expertise or vision to manage, design and facilitate high quality learning experiences for students through our new ASC/MLD resourced provision opening to students in September 2026.
The successful candidate will work effectively and creatively with our SENCo and Additional Support Team in establishing the processes, routines and an environment where students can progress academically and thrive personally. We are seeking an innovative, reflective and inclusive practitioner who will join us in shaping and growing this new provision in an exciting chapter for the school and its students.
