• Teach Mathematics confidently
across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons rooted in secure subject
knowledge
• Bring mathematical concepts to life
through problem-solving, modelling, discussion, and real-world applications
• Plan creative, carefully structured
lessons that develop students’ mathematical reasoning, fluency, and
problem-solving skills
• Use effective assessment strategies
to support progress in understanding, application, and mastery of key concepts
• Differentiate teaching to ensure
all learners—from those building foundational skills to high-attaining
mathematicians—can access, enjoy, and excel in Mathematics
• Contribute to a rich
extracurricular programme, such as maths clubs, competitions, enrichment
activities, or cross-curricular STEM opportunities
