The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting

- Build strong relationships quickly with students, parents/carers and staff
- Support student behaviour, attendance and wellbeing through targeted interventions
- Supervise and support students in reflection/reset environments as required
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with relevant staff and agencies
- Be organised, flexible and able to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment
