About this Role

We are looking to appoint an Attendance Administrator.  The postholder will support with all aspects of the attendance process in line with statutory requirements, maintaining accurate student attendance records and reporting on attendance, as required.  The candidate will have excellent communication  skills and be experienced in working to deadlines.  

The postholder will have a strong administration background, be confident using data and excel and be able to generate reports for the Senior Leadership Team and the DfE and other agencies.   They will assist with developing plans to ensure all students’ attendance meets expectations to optimise learning and attainment for all.

The successful candidate will be well supported by a range of colleagues and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure their individual needs are met.
