About this Role

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit an Office Administrator. This role will be based at St Benedict's Catholic High School. This is a full time, fixed term role until 31 August 2026, working  37 hours per week, term time  plus 10 additional days per academic year (40 weeks per year).

St Benedict’s Catholic High School is based in Alcester in Warwickshire and is only 20 minutes away from Birmingham. The school has been on a transformational journey in recent years and, in March 2024, was graded Good in all areas by Ofsted. Academic attainment is a strength, with an improving three-year trend that culminated in a Progress 8 score of +0.33 in August 2024. As a smaller than average secondary school, relationships and culture are extremely positive and, as noted by Ofsted, “There is a real community environment and feeling of pride about the school.”
