Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit a Assistant Principal to lead our inclusion strategy at St Benedict’s Catholic High School. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader, who can lead staff, in order to raise the aspirations and attainment of our pupils. The role requires an enthusiastic leader with unwavering drive, vision and a commitment to help others achieve. This is a permanent, full time position.
St Benedict’s
Catholic High School is based in Alcester in Warwickshire and is only 20
minutes away from Birmingham. The school has been on a transformational journey
in recent years and in March 2024 was graded Good in all areas by Ofsted.
Academic attainment is a strength with a improving three-year trend that
culminated in a Progress 8 score of +0.33 in August 2024. As a smaller than
average secondary school relationships and culture are extremely positive and
as noted by Ofsted “There is a real community environment and feeling of
pride about the school.”
