Are you an inspiring, nurturing and forward‑thinking EYFS practitioner who is passionate about giving every child the very best start?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant school community—someone who can spark curiosity, build confidence and create a joyful foundation for lifelong learning.
In this role, you will bring energy, warmth and a child‑centred approach to the classroom, shaping an environment where our youngest learners feel safe, valued and excited to explore. You will champion early development, deliver high‑quality play‑based learning, and work closely with families and colleagues to ensure every child thrives.
About our School
Rossett Acre Primary School, part of the Red Kite Learning Trust is a thriving two-form entry primary school located on the south side of Harrogate, with a vibrant community of over 400 pupils. Guided by our vision of ‘Excellence and Happiness for All’, we are committed to ensuring that every child reaches their full potential while enjoying a positive and fulfilling learning experience.
The school is proud of its supportive, dedicated staff team who work collaboratively to provide high-quality teaching and nurture a caring, inclusive environment. Strong relationships between staff, pupils, and families are central to our ethos and contribute to a warm, respectful school culture. We place a strong emphasis on both staff and pupils’ happiness and wellbeing, recognising these as essential foundations for personal and academic success.
We are currently embedding the One Life philosophy into school life, inspiring children to live with intention, kindness, and resilience both in and out of the classroom.
Our spacious and well-resourced outdoor environment plays a key role in enriching learning and play. Pupils also benefit from regular Forest School sessions, which foster creativity, confidence, and curiosity through hands-on, nature-based experiences.
