About this Role

  • Hours of work: 28.75
  • Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3:15pm 
  • Term weeks: 38 +1 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6 
  • FTC term: September 2026 or until employee returns from maternity leave

  • What You’ll Do

    • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
    • Support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs.
    • Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
    • Be a role model for our school values every day.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A passion for helping children achieve their best.
    • Experience working with children (school-based experience is an advantage).
    • A team player with a positive attitude and plenty of energy.
    • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
