About the role
We are
seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated ERP Teacher to provide effective
teaching and learning opportunities for pupils with moderate learning
difficulties (MLD) within the Enhanced Resource Provision. The role involves planning
and delivering personalised learning programmes, monitor progress, and work
collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils’
needs are met. The successful candidate is expected to promote an inclusive
environment that supports engagement, participation, and achievement.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has Qualified Teacher Status
· Is dedicated to our vision

· Has experience of promoting
positive behaviour conductive to learning and which is focused on raising
standards.
· Possesses a genuine belief
that all children are equal and celebrates the diversity in our school
communities.

Experience
of working with children with additional needs and external SEN agencies
All staff are expected to know what
to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for
providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake
regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves
with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the
trust/academy.
