We are looking for a fun, friendly and enthusiastic childcare apprentice to join our team. To be considered for this role you would need to have a genuine love of childcare, and enthusiasm to provide quality care.
We will provide experience-based training and expert skills support as part of a working Preschool team to inspire and prepare you to work effectively with young children.
Apprenticeships in early years education are structured programmes combining practical work experience with academic study. The content is designed to equip apprentices with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications necessary to work with young children and their families to support health, wellbeing, education and development typically from birth to age five.
Our approach ensures that apprentices not only gain hands-on experience but also benefit from mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals in the field. This holistic blend of practice and theory fosters a deep understanding of child development, setting a strong foundation for a rewarding career in early years education.

Training:
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by the employer who will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes: -Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours - Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator -Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid -Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required). This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider.
