We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate and proactive leader as Second in English to help make a positive impact on the young people at our school.
The main purpose of the role will be to work under the direction of the Director of English to improve the quality of the curriculum in English, implementing staff materials to support teaching and providing training to develop the standard of teaching.
The successful candidate should already have some experience of leading teachers and will be eager to develop their leadership skills by working alongside a passionate Director of English to ensure all pupils have the best possible experience of English at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School. They will also be able to work collaboratively ensuring that good practice is being shared with colleagues within their department and beyond.
