Starting Salary (pro rata): £33,175.43 (FTE £37,443)
The Role:
Due to growing additional capacity in the
pastoral team Dame Elizabeth Cadbury are seeking to appoint a Pastoral
Intervention Lead.
As part of this role, you will lead a range
of intervention strategies to positively impact the outcomes of pupils by
removing barriers to learning. You will prepare and run intervention sessions
on a one-to-one basis, in group sessions and workshops.
You will be expected to regularly liaise and
support the work of SLT and Heads of Houses whilst also creating and developing
communication links with suitable external services and providers.
