The role

  • Create warm, responsive interactions that promote children’s communication, confidence and independence
  • Set up engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned to the EYFS
  • Contribute to safe, inclusive, high‑quality continuous provision—indoors and outdoors
  • Work flexibly across shifts (core hours between 7:45am and 5:45pm) to maintain safe ratios

About you

  • Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • A positive, proactive practitioner who thrives in a collaborative team
  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and high‑quality early years practice
