About this Role

1:1 Support Assistant

30 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8.45-3.15

Term time only

Grade 1 SCP 3-4

Start date: 1st Sept 26

We are a friendly school with approximately 205 pupils aged between 3 and 11 years. The school fosters close links with parents and the local community. We aim to provide a happy, stimulating, and supportive climate in order for our children to achieve their maximum potential. To achieve this, we provide a wide variety of experiences for the children both on and off the school site.

We have two 1:1 Support Assistant positions available at Carnforth, one in year 1 and one in year 5. Please state when applying which year group would be preferable to you and any relevant experience within these year groups.

The perfect candidate will show patience, positivity, enthusiasm, resilience and collaboration. Ideally you will have experience with SEND and trauma informed practice. Also, paediatric first aid.
