Are you an inspiring teacher ready to take the next step in leadership? Hareclive E-ACT Academy is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher and Phase Lead to join our ambitious and supportive team.

In this pivotal role, you will provide day-to-day leadership across your phase, driving high standards in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes. You will play a key part in implementing the Academy’s strategic vision, supporting colleagues to deliver excellent practice and ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated practitioner with strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a desire to make a real difference. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide effective day-to-day leadership for the phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
  • Drive improvements in pupil progress, attainment and overall educational outcomes
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues to enhance classroom practice
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, using data to inform next steps
  • Promote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils

Pay range: MPS/UPS - £32,916.00 - £51,048.00 + TLR2A - £3,527.00

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status - QTS
  • Degree in relevant specialism or related subject
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Ability to develop and lead on assessment
  • Ability to lead a team of staff to ensure the right outcomes for students are achieved
