·       Promote and monitor good attendance and punctuality, working proactively with families to address concerns.

·       Provide early help and targeted interventions, signposting families to appropriate internal and external support services where required.

·       Work collaboratively with teaching staff, safeguarding leads, and external professionals to support children’s wellbeing, development, and achievement.

·       Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of family support, interventions, meetings, and outcomes in line with school policies and data protection requirements.

·       Support the school's safeguarding procedures by identifying concerns, reporting them promptly, and contributing to multi-agency planning where appropriate.

·       Develop and deliver workshops, parenting programmes, or family engagement activities that strengthen relationships between home and school.

·       Encourage an inclusive, welcoming school environment where every family feels valued, respected, and supported.

·         Contribute to the wider life of the school by promoting the school's values, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and undertaking other duties appropriate to the role as directed by senior leaders.
