About the
Role
As a class teacher, you will:
- Inspire pupils by delivering
high-quality, personalised learning experiences
- Lead a supportive class team,
ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive
- Work collaboratively with
colleagues, families, and other professionals to secure the best possible
outcomes for our pupils
- Contribute to the wider
development of the school community, promoting our values and ethos in
everything you do
- Play a role in developing
curriculum areas, driving innovation, and supporting staff development
(unless an Early Career Teacher)
