As part of IFtL’s commitment to innovative and engaging learning, every child has access to a one-to-one digital device to support and enhance their education. Technology is used purposefully to enrich learning, encourage creativity and prepare pupils for the future. To support this, all staff are provided with both an iPad and a laptop, ensuring they have the tools they need to teach, collaborate and innovate effectively.

• Ensure children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. 

• Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the school. 

• Champion the values, vision and inclusive ethos of Olney Middle School and IFtL. 

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
