About the Role

Parrs Wood High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of A Level Law & Business (KS4 essential with KS5 desirable) to join our vibrant Business, Law & Economics faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a department that prides itself on delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum, designed to challenge students and prepare them for the world of work. You will be part of a team that values creativity, independence, and critical thinking, and works collaboratively to ensure every student achieves their full potential. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering lessons that foster curiosity, develop literacy, and promote high standards of behaviour and achievement.

About You

We are looking for a qualified teacher with excellent subject knowledge in Law and Business, and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. You should be able to plan and deliver inclusive lessons that cater to a range of abilities, using data to inform practice and drive progress. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for inspiring young people are essential. You’ll also be expected to contribute to the pastoral life of the school, uphold safeguarding responsibilities, and embrace our values of community, creativity, and achievement.
