The Opportunity

St George’s is an inner city primary school looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, Level 2, to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision, supported by direction from the class teacher /senior leadership team in line with school policies and guidance. We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about early learning to work in our Early Years Foundation Stage.

You will be part of our experienced and friendly Foundation Stage team and will support the learning of children in Reception.   You will work with children with a wide range of needs and therefore experience of or an interest in working with children with additional needs is essential.
