About The Role
As a Class Teacher at Millennium Primary, you will join a dedicated and reflective team committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for pupils through engaging, inclusive and ambitious practice.
In this role, you will:
Teach your assigned KS1 or KS2 class with creativity, consistency, and high expectations
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support all learners to succeed
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and accelerate progress
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Contribute to a collaborative team culture and wider school life
Reflect on and continuously develop your practice
You’ll be supported by a strong leadership team and a culture where collaboration and professional growth are prioritised.
Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a strong track record of effective teaching and positive pupil outcomes
Is passionate about inspiring children and raising aspirations
Demonstrates high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Is reflective, motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development
Builds strong relationships and works well as part of a team
