Join our Team as a Class Teacher at Hexthorpe Primary Academy
Class Teacher, 32.5 hours per week, fixed term maternity cover for 1 year x 2

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher ready to make a real impact in the classroom? At Hexthorpe Primary Academy, we’re looking for 2 enthusiastic Teachers to join our vibrant team on a full-time maternity cover basis.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our pupils—helping them grow in confidence, curiosity, and achievement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering creative, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge all learners
  • Setting high expectations and promoting positive progress for every pupil
  • Using assessment to inform teaching and support individual development
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and drive improvement
  • Supporting the wider life of the school and contributing to a strong school community
