The Role:

Help shape a safe, efficient and supportive environment for our pupils and staff.  Nancealverne School is seeking a dedicated Operations, Compliance and H&S Officer to join our vibrant school community.

You’ll play a key role in supporting safeguarding, compliance and the effective day-to-day operation of our school


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead on health & safety, compliance, and risk management across school sites
  • Support safeguarding processes as Deputy DSL, ensuring effective reporting and record-keeping
  • Coordinate governance activities, including policies, reports, and governor liaison
  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day running
  • Act as a key contact for parents and external stakeholders
  • Support HR processes including recruitment and staff compliance
