We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the school and deliver lessons and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff. They will work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, covering lessons planned when required and supporting pupils with a range of needs.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences
Lead lessons and learning activities in the absence of a teacher where required
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support progress and understanding
Assist with planning, preparation and assessment of learning activities
Provide feedback to teachers to support pupil progress
Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the wider life of the school
